How can I buy a Game or Kit from Edu&Kate's?

To make a purchase on www.edunkates.com, the user must have a valid email account.

You can make your purchase as a “guest” or register. Having an account registered with us, you will be able to access the user area where you can follow the purchase/shipment process, change your address/telephone contact details and contact us.- Next, you need to add all the items you want to purchase to the shopping cart;

- You will receive an order confirmation email with details regarding the payment method you selected. After payment validation, you will receive a confirmation email;

You can access all order details at www.edunkates.com, in your reserved customer area.

Please note that Edu&Kate’s reserves the right not to accept and cancel orders already confirmed in the following situations:

  • The product is not available;
  • Payment is not confirmed;
  • There is an error in the price of the product;
  • Unable to deliver to the address provided by the customer.

 

Payment

You can pay for your purchases with a Credit Card or through Multibanco References (ATM).

You can also pay with PayPal. When you select this option in the shopping cart, you will be redirected to the PayPal page. Once you complete the transaction, you will return to the Edu&Kate's page again..

 

Deliveries (This information needs to be confirmed with the selected carrier)

Edu&Kate's sends the ordered product(s) from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with the exception of holidays, and on the days and times used by the logistics company, for the delivery address indicated by the customer.

Our delivery service does not include an scheduling option, so the delivery of the order will be carried out without prior contact by the carrier, being necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address.

Edu&Kate's will inform the customer of the unavailability of the product(s) ordered, as well as refund the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the knowledge of the unavailability.

In case the carrier is unavailable to deliver the products on the indicated date, the customer will be contacted in order to indicate another delivery date.

At the time of delivery, the customer must inspect the packaging for possible damage. If you find that the products are damaged, you must not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. We ask you to report the situation, if possible documented with photographs, via the email customer support@edunkates.com and if you agree, Edu&Kate's will resend the order, at no cost to the customer. If you wish to cancel the order, the full amount paid will be refunded.

If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of payment of the order, please send an email to customer support@edunkates.com informing us of what happened. After this period, Edu&Kate's cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.

Delivery is considered to be made with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

 

Exchanges and Returns (This information needs to be confirmed with the selected carrier)

The User may return the ordered product(s) FREE of charge 14 (fourteen) days after receipt, provided that:

  • The product(s) have not been used;
  • The product(s) keep their original characteristics and labels intact;
  • The product(s) are complete. All material accompanying the orders must be returned.

The customer must request the return of the order through the email customer support@edunkates.com, indicating the item(s) he wants to return, as well as the order number.

Place the item(s) with the original packaging inside the box and then send them by registered mail via CTT.

Once the returned product is received, Edu&Kate's will analyze and confirm its state of conservation and, when applicable, refund the amounts paid by the User within a maximum period of 10 (ten) days.

Please note that, if your return has been made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, Edu&Kate's will not refund the shipping costs. Therefore, Edu&Kate's will not reimburse the expenses related to the postage initially borne by the customer for the respective order.
